The TITAN FL produces flowing screed of consistently high quality. The fully automatic trailer system in a horizontal configuration handles the weighing, mixing and conveying of the materials under computer control, ensuring a continuous workflow.
The compact machine construction is mounted on a three-axle semi-trailer and features a powerful 55.4 kW DEUTZ diesel engine. Together with the chassis, the double-walled aluminium body forms the basis of the system and is available in different body sizes.
The mixing and conveying area is equipped with high-quality stainless steel components and designed for easy cleaning and maintenance-friendly access. Operation is via a modern control concept with control cabinet and remote control.
Numerous equipment and customisation options are available for everyday use on construction sites. Depending on requirements, the vehicle can, for example, be equipped with hose reels for service water, compressed air or the high-pressure cleaner, as well as additional water tanks, toolboxes or reversing cameras.
