2 in 1 – solution for Styrofoam and screed
The BMS alpha CR Styrofoam 260 is particularly suitable for economically efficient mixing and laying of lightweight screed for void-free filling with loose Styrofoam for insulation. The construction is based on an alpha CR machine, equipped with a 260 litres vessel as well as a large special outlet hopper and a pneumatic rotating flap. Changing the Styrofoam machine for operation with cement screed requires only a few moves. A two-in-one solution that might equally be interesting for other screed installers, whenever the special Styrofoam machine is to be used for normal screed laying.
Depending on its use, the BMS alpha CR STYROFOAM 260 may be equipped with the following additional features:
- Automatic water dosage with adjustable water quantities
- Large hopper facilitating filling in 200 litres sacks and preventing soiling of the surroundings
- Silo rotary flap for quicker filling of the vessel and to ensure that the hopper remains in position for the next mix.
